Arrive and check in

Badge in, find whoever owns the space, and confirm what's changing today and what absolutely cannot go down.

Survey before touching anything

Photos of the existing state, labels read, closet mapped. You get the plan and the risk before the first cable moves.

Do the work

Pulls, terminations, rack, configure. Live systems stay live unless we agreed on a window in advance.

Cut over and verify

We test from the user's chair, not the switch port. A POS lane isn't finished until it takes a card.

Label, photograph, hand over

Port maps updated, everything labeled, photos and notes in your ticket the same day — so the next visit doesn't start from zero.
