Privacy Policy
What we collect when you open a ticket, why we need it, and what we will never do with it. Written to be read, not survived.
What this covers
// We run a support desk. This is what we take, why, and what we will not do with it.
TechDriven runs a support desk. To do that we handle information about you — your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about the problem. This page explains exactly what we take, why we take it, and where the limits are.
Our ticketing system is Zammad, connected to a dedicated TechDriven inbox through Google's OAuth API. Using our support services means this policy applies to you.
What we collect
// Two sources: what you send us, and the support inbox it lands in.
what you submit
When you use our contact form or email support, we collect your name, your email address, and the details of your request — including anything you attach.
what the inbox holds
We read our own support inbox to turn incoming mail into tickets. That covers message contents, metadata such as sender, recipient and subject line, and attachments tied to support requests.
We do not read mail unrelated to support, and we never touch personal Google accounts — only our own organizational inbox.
How we use it
// To resolve your ticket and talk to you about it. Nothing else.
- Creating, routing, and tracking your support ticket in Zammad.
- Replying to you and following up until the issue is genuinely closed.
- Spotting recurring problems across our own systems so we can prevent the next one.
We do not use your information for advertising and we do not build profiles on you. There is no third use.
How we protect it
// Encrypted in transit, access-limited at rest, reviewed on a schedule.
- HTTPS on every connection that touches your data.
- Access limited to the engineers actually working your ticket.
- Regular security review of the whole support stack, not just the parts that are easy to audit.
We take this seriously, and we will not pretend it is absolute: no system that moves data across the internet can promise perfect security. If we ever have a breach that affects you, you will hear it from us first.
How long we keep it
// Kept while it is useful. Deleted when it is not.
We hold your information for as long as we need it to support you, meet a legal obligation, settle a dispute, or enforce an agreement. Once a ticket is resolved and archived, the associated email data is permanently deleted under our retention schedule.
Your rights
// Ask, and we will show you, correct it, or delete it.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — including anything reached through our inbox integration. One email is enough. We do not make you fill in a form to exercise a right you already have.
info@techdriven.ioThird parties
// Their policies are theirs, not ours. Read them.
Our support stack touches services we do not control, Google among them. We are not responsible for how those companies handle data, and we would encourage you to read their policies before sending anything sensitive through them.
Children's privacy
// Not intended for anyone under 13.
Our support services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
// Updates get posted here, with an honest date stamp.
This policy will change as our systems do. Updates are published at this URL and take effect when posted. The last-modified stamp at the top of this page is the real one — we do not touch it for cosmetic edits.
Contact
// One address. Real people read it.
