WHO WE ARE · CHICAGO · CABLING TO CLOUD
We've worked every layer
of the stack, first-hand.
TechDriven is a small crew of senior engineers who came up through field engineering, datacenter operations, enterprise networks, and cloud infrastructure. No account managers, no handoffs — the person who scopes your work is the person who does it.
Fortune 500 & SMB127+ projects deliveredsenior engineers only
story@techdriven:~$ cat origin.md
Built from the bottom of the stack up.
// no conference rooms were involved.
TechDriven wasn't built in a conference room. It was built in the field — racking gear at 2am before a site opens, troubleshooting a JD Edwards crash in a private datacenter, and racing to restore connectivity for a hospitality chain during peak hours.
Our team has held roles across Fortune 500 companies and scrappy local businesses alike. We've done physical security installs, multi-site field engineering, datacenter operations, cloud infrastructure, network design, and everything in between.
That breadth isn't an accident — it's the product. When you work with TechDriven, you get people who understand how every layer affects every other layer, because we've broken things at every layer and fixed them too.
WHERE WE CAME UP
ops@techdriven:~$ tail -f principles.log
How we actually operate.
// five rules we don't break, even when it costs us the invoice.
ai@techdriven:~$ systemctl status remediate.service
We fix systems. Then we make them fix themselves.
// AI is a tool in the rack — not a mascot.
We use AI like any other tool: Claude on the repetitive work, MCP wiring it into real systems, private models where the data can't leave. The goal isn't fewer engineers — it's engineers who only get paged for the interesting problems.
stack@techdriven:~$ rack --elevation --live
From the rack to the edge.
// the stuff that keeps infrastructure running — not just the shiny cloud parts.
$ rack describe --unit 01
Containers & CI/CD
Build pipelines and reproducible deploys — so shipping stops being an event.
fit@techdriven:~$ grep -i "good fit" clients.csv
Who we're usually called by.
// three shapes of org — same standard of work.
We run the stack
Restaurants, clinics, and multi-site operators who need someone to own the whole thing — endpoints, network, backups, and the vendor calls nobody wants to make.
We take the project
Mid-market IT leads with a good team and no spare hours. We run the migration, the rebuild, or the audit — and hand it back documented.
We bring the specialist
Enterprise orgs needing field hands in a new market, deep network work, or an engineer who has actually done the thing before.
contact@techdriven:~$ ./start-conversation
Tell us what's broken. Or what you want built.
No forms in triplicate, no sales calls, no account managers. Just a real conversation with the person who's going to do the work.
